It was great at one point but has become a very draining. Leadership is all over the place with focus metrics that change on a dime. They seem more concerned with making the Sprint deal look good rather then admitting that with exception of the spectrum received Sprint was a poorly run company

The company culture is good but it gets lost from the executive level to the frontline

Once you get past the assessment and video interview and get in front of someone it's very informative
