I enjoy the positive attitude and collaborative nature of my team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are very collaborative and the team's individual strengths are "right-fit" for their competencies.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Highly motivational. They communicate the goals well and I feel they are very transparent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company is very diverse and has had a focus on diversity and inclusion for quite some time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

2.5% equity was standard where an inflation rate for 2021 was 2x that. My team pay is below mid-point of market index.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process surrounds behavioral based questions. It really drills down to providing specific examples that help the manager make an informed decision. This is both important for the manager AND the candidate in making a right-fit decision.
