the PTO is great and your direct team is usually great as you spend most of your life with them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their frontline employees better as they are the face and backbone of the company. without retail there is no profit or customer engagement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
front line should be way better compensated for their efforts especially post covid where we literally risk our lives and health on a day to day
