So many free things and lots of flexibility! Hard to get fired if you show up
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They break their back to make sure employees are happy :) Lots of bonuses too. I will never work anywhere else
What is the best part about your compensation package?
100% paid college tuition, help with daycare every month, dope bonuses, food provided constantly, lots of free merch and little things like gift cards for a coffee! Lots of company parties and gift bags and prizes. TONS of time off! Lots of paid holidays too :) I love T-mobile!!
