Accomplishing personal monthly goals and seeing how rewarding it looks on my paycheck
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Guaranteed money if you do not make more than $20-hr. (Like a supplemental pay structure)
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My leadership team lacks communication skills amongst themselves. Everyone always has to be right. We also have some managers that routinely cross lines with MEs
