Their not manager's. Have yet too be corrupted.

Leaving, pto, holiday pay, and benifits.

Changed dramatically since I was hired. New process isn't successful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It creates mistrust and the push politics and ideology onto their employees. Tmobiles culture is cancer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just about everything. Everything is essentially pawned off too the next lower ranking employee. No ownership or accountability while asking their employees to act as owners and bleed magenta.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tmobile uses its employees to get what they want and throw them away like trash. No consideration for employees. The complete opposite of the face they put on. Hidden agendas and snakes in the grass.
