Our pay is significantly lesss than our competitors. Even in the retail segment our hourly is less than other reputable companies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity feels more of a front than reality. Most higher positions are dominated by white males. Even look at the board there's only one non white. Seems like diversity is at the bottom and not as much at the top
