Inclusion, collaboration, appreciation of others from peers, cross-line business work

What makes you most happy at work?

That my manager trusts me to do the right thing always, no matter the situation

What did you like most about the interview process?

The ability to speak freely and provide my own resolutions and feedback is a crucial part of it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct leadership team is pretty awesome. They listen and show that they care. This individual is truly a caring individual, not just the business but the teams that they lead.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know there are others that have been with the company less that I have that make more or almost as much as I do. Each time a review comes up I'm told "you are already the highest paid", I know it's not accurate as I have spoken with others and know that they make more doing a lower role.
