T-Mobile used to be a great company, but the current C-suite blatantly lied and made promises that the merger with Sprint would not result in job cuts. Yet they've cut 5000+ jobs since the merger and dodge the question when asked about the promise that the merger would be "jobs positive from day 1"

My co-workers are great. But that's the only thing I like.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do feel T-Mobile pays fairly, has great benefits and affordable health insurance options.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with have positive attitudes and everyone is always willing to jump in and help each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They taut this value that employees are #1 because they serve customers. And that if you take are of your employees, they will take care of customers, who will take care of the bottom line. Yet all decisions they make these days are squarely focused on shareholders. Focus on employees FIRST!
