Local management, Chicago anyway, needs to listen to the feedback their store managers and reps give them. Knowing that they're being heard helps to keep Team morale high.
Overall it's positive. Some areas, such as Chicago area, need some help. Maybe more recognition or team outings. As a whole, the company is constantly reinforcing having fun, being open and working together.
The executive team "gets it." They understand that the happier the employee is, the happier the frontline can make customers. Also, I've worked w/other carriers before. T-Mobile Execs truly listen to feedback given from both employees & customers & make necessary adjustments. Local needs some work.
