Extremely supportive, reliable, and will always make the right decisions. Trustworthy. Honest. They look out for EVERYONE and are always happy to help. 300 characters isn't enough, I could write a novel about how fantastfic leadership are.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I work for T-mobile, the uncarrier. Knowing I am great at what I do and that actually gets recognized. I don't feel like I'm just another number on the payroll. Nobody does in my opinion. That's how positive and great the atmosphere is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is great, and then there's the bonus. Service discount. Employee stocks, restricted vested stock grants, which usually vest for 1 year then they are yours to sell. I could go on forever but I am running out if characters. It's the best place to work, anywhere, period
