Stop outsourcing sales to TPR stores, and opening them on top of corporate stores smothering both locations. Metro is taking on a life of its own and killing post paid momentum.
Management Keeps cutting frontline pay and providing terrible tools (remo). Metrics keep changing and don't align with reality. New Metrics in march 2018 are gonna base pay more on short term customer surveys and not what or how it is sold. Not looking at the long term customers or satisfaction. Sad
