What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Being less condescending. Not even just within the actual workspace, but as a company. Sure, you can “be the best” but that doesn’t mean you have to constantly remind everyone that you are the best. It’s annoying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The managers are arrogant and condescending. With our store being in a low income area, there are no paying customers. When there are, we are out of stock of the affordable phones that people want. I quit a while ago for that reason. Middletown OH store.
