I love my team. We support each other and work together to take care of our customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In the tech dept we are given a certain amount of time to complete a call and do notes. This affects the way we treat customers and doesnt allow us them complete cust experiance that t-mobile preachs.
