The leadership team is always positive. We get rewarded for our performance and our successes are always celebrated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about out compensation package is the free stock Grant's we get on a regular basis. I think its says a lot about the company for wanted their employees to own a piece of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team at T-Mobile, truly makes you feel vauled and does a lot to show us how appreciated we all are. Even the big guy John Legere makes us feel important. He has visited our location more then once.
