What I love the most about my team is how they pull together to make things happen. They check their titles at the door and do what it takes to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're not perfect but I think we're willing to reflect on our imperfections like no place I've ever been a part of. We talk about when we fail. We take risks. We are accountable. The energy here is palpable, it's collaborative, its contagious.
