The team and companies values. While other carriers are worried about profit, T-Mobile is sending its sales trucks to offer free relief aid to devastated areas.

Not only do I get full EVERYTHING, but they start you day one. No waiting a year and must be full time. Everyone is taken care of.

Everyone seems motivated and happy. Most working class jobs you get people that act like they've given up on life. Not at T-Mobile, everyone seems driven to push themselves to the next level.
