There's an open door policy and you can always walk into the directors office anytime you want about anything and they take you seriously
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They keep things fun and upbeat playing music and several times a month there's a popcorn machine with free popcorn in the hall ways. Other days its nachos, hot dogs, fruit or granola bars. Management are always great about making a big deal about recognition when you get a sale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have great health care, stocks, a chance to earn commission on top of already great pay, over time opportunities normally and then around new phone launches they offer overtime PLUS an extra $20 - $50 an hour. There's also a company cellphone service discount of 75% off your service plan.
