Diversity. You can walk down a hall and hear several different languages being spoken. Everyone is welcome here
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In this day and age when many companies are cutting back on health benefits, I find T-Mobiles to be very good.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job is very fast paced. I get to do many different things during the day so I am never bored.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the openness in everything we do. There are no blame games, just helping each other become the best we can be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was several people that would be my peers that interviewed me. By the time I got to the final interview, I had a good feel of all the expectations.
