What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Technical skills, professionalism, customer service skills, etc.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything. I doubt it will be fixed because to my knowledge the management has already given up and plans on just selling my location instead of investing a LITTLE time and effort to fix what could be their lead grossing store.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay grade, more communication, more respect for amount of workload taken on, relatively new to the company and my regional manager just walked out(while I have no store manager) and I am the only employee left at my location... yet still no thanks for keeping the store afloat or anything...
