I've been here for years and love my work. The favoritism is the worst aspect. Hard to sit and watch employees who work hard at doing very little to get bonuses again and again when I and others work circles around them. VERY DISHEARTENING.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop the interview process and allow employees to bid on internal jobs using clock numbers, date of hire. That is the only fair method; now there is too much favoritism. Some jobs are filled before there are interviews currently.
