It was thorough and long but fair. Not too long.

Everyone wants to do well. In most departments the competition is outside of T-Mobile, not within.

They work hard to do the right things for our customers and we have fun along the way.

My work is enjoyable because I am being creative and it's all for the benefit of telling the T-Mo story.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's comprehensive and includes many important benefits for saving and retirement and sharing in our successes that other employers don't offer unless you're in the C-suite.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and they try to do the right thing. They are not perfect but they strive to make our workplace fun, winning, safe, and fair.
