For our leadership team, caring about their people is not just a slogan. They actually do care and their decisions and behaviors demonstrate that. One example is our company-wide wellness week where everyone was given a week off in August to rest, rejuvenate and reconnect with family and friends.

years of lack of innovation cannot be simply overcome by more marketing and sales, especially since our current user base is very developer centric - yet we don't have much for them currently

too much changes in too little time, not fully thought through (eg CPQ, SFDC changes, access to data that actually helps making decisions, etc) and we need more people in the leadership team that understand our industry
