What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Target?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years in target?
Nothing, I thought the questions were simple.
Very basic questions. Nothing difficult
What do you like best about the leadership team at Target?
Some of them actually look like they're working hard.
In my store, they listen attentively to the team and work together to resolve any issues addressed.
They treat you like family

"YES" people. The ones that don't question anything and follow blindly

Regular employees do really care about the CEO. They are more concerned with their STL and regional manager.
he is a good CEO , they work great together, they can improve on communications
We are far removed from the CEO, never talk about that level.

Managers play it really safe and are afraid to make a mistake so innovation is dead. Back to the old way of doing things.

What's the internship program like at Target?
What internship? This is news to me and I’ve been there for 3 years.
If u get a good trainer you will do good
Internship program is only for people who are attending Target school to become ETL
What's the Operations team like at Target?
Well organized.
Friendly but demanding.
We have a new store team lead and no one likes her, no one, so everyone is on edge, trying to stay under the radar. Mass leaving from the store.
What's the office layout like at Target?
Cubicles, closed offices for interviews and HR/Manager. Front desk for HR assistant.

What do you wish you knew before starting at Target?
Nothing really I love my job way more than I could have imagined. It’s not be my career but in the meantime it’s probably the best job I could’veasked for
That I could just dictate my hours, now I can’t. People coming in now have better hours and no weekends
How soul crushing the job is because target customers are all adult babies & target gives into their temper tantrums
