How's the work life balance at Target?
They will not schedule within your availability, I closed for nearly two months straight even though other people could have used those shifts and I asked not to be scheduled like that for once, only to be met with opposition. In addition the hours can be extremely random, covering most of your day and still not giving you full time hours. You may work 5 days a week, middle of the day or into the evening and only get 16-24 hours, despite your availability. And it still takes up five days of your life
Most people can manage the balance but if you have kids, it can be difficult.
What work life balance when you have to work two jobs just to get by because Target doesn't really pay a wage you can live on.

Why do people usually leave the company?
The good ones eventually figure it out that Target doesn't give a crap about them, then leave from frustration and a better paying job somewhere else.
A lot of the time managers are the reason. Some are complete jerks and no one wants to work for them. Or sometimes it's if they don't like you they'll find a way to get rid of you. Other times it's A & A (attendance and attitude). If you're late or call in a lot, they will fire you.
It's like anywhere else, people leave their managers.

very hard. you have to get some fired to get the job. accuse of stealing
