  • Our leadership team is not so great. Everyone has their flaws. I just wished they recognized their own flaws, and treat their employees with more respect.

  • The leadership, in general, is pretty good. As in any company, there is always gonna be people you have difficulties. But, Target, at least in my experience, really cares about the team members.

  • I wish there was more career opportunities to move up in Target. There’s not a lot positions available, unless someone quits or gets terminated.

  • As part of the team, you will face working your tail off, for okay wages, and getting precious little appreciation for your effort. Growth only comes to those with college degrees and you come in as a leader.

  • Not very good. I have learned a lot, including other departments, but there’s no opportunity to grow within the company. Unless, some one is leaving or fired.

  • If you are going to school and looking to make a couple dollars for books and supplies. Or retired and looking to work 10 hours a week

  • Target is all about diversity and inclusion. You can come to work and be yourself, which is great.

  • Haven't seen any, because not getting enough hours to begin with.

  • They lay-off people who comes in when they are off because they had a call out and they are not very understanding. They care more about money instead of the mental state and the physical state of their employees

  • Target doesn't lay people off, ever.

  • There hasn’t been any layoffs at the store I work at.

  • The only lay off I was ever there for was when they let the holiday people go after Christmas

  • We are constantly losing and getting new people for these positions so it's a constantly changing role. Bad and good
