The best job I had so far, may of the amazing people I meet here can relate. And if we talk about call centers specifically, TaskUs is the best of the best! Others can pay a little bit more or give more in cash bonuses but nobody cares about you as a person as TaskUs does. The benefits are unmatched

Most of the team cares of our core values and applies them on a daily basis. We are ridiculous and not afraid to show it.

That I don't feel alone or nervous, I know that whenever I may need, there is going to be somebody to help and never judge me.

Their honesty and goodwill. Always looking for a way to help the people of our city, not just the employees. They do their best to make everyone feel they belong

Our core values and the impact they have not just on our job but on us as individuals. TaskUs takes this very seriously and this changes your perspective on a positive way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sadly, there is no other single company that has the benefits that we have here, not even close. TaskUs really cares for us and invest on the wellness of their employees and family. Not only with resources, they also invest time and other things that are priceless.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always looking for ways to improve and they act as your teammates not as your superior, they share their ideas with us and make us part of them, our ideas are also heard and whenever somebody needs help they are there. They never look for excuses, always solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that on the position were I'm at right now (SME/Tier 3 - Supervisor) we should get a little extra, we are paid the same amount as a regular agent. While I understand their reasons to do so, I still believe that a bonus (a little extra, it doesn't have to be too much) would be great!
