I like that we are always open to suggestions and taskus keeps on improving based on the suggestions of employees.

I always feel happy when talking to my teammates who works aligned with the core values of the company as they are very productive and intelligent people.

When we are still working on site, we have this once a month event where you can party with your colleagues and managers. We dance, sing and drink in moderation.

Its about how we coach out teammates. Coaching here in TaskUs promotes teammates engagement and doesn't just focus on driving the numbers up but pushing the teammates up towards their career goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy at work because I feel that I learn everyday and I know that ahead of the road there is always something bigger waiting for me if I do my task properly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary realignment is something we are looking forward to. In to days economy, what a regular teammate get is not competitive. Our salary is just enough to provide our needs but nothing more to invest for our future or to reward ourselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our Salary as a technical support representative is below the industry's average. Technical support rate should be reviewed and not be compared to customer support rep rates. This is the reason why a lot of excellent employees from our campaign leave Zoom. its because we are under paid.

I think due to the economy of the Philippines and inflation, our basic salary or allowances feels low nowadays. There are a lot of teammates who choose to leave TaskUs due to a more competitive salary package offered by other companies. The bad thing is that what we are loosing are performing teamm8
