There have been a few rough patches and learning curves with being work from home but I am very excited to continue my journey with TaskUs and see what is next. I have felt nothing but love and understanding from this company and I want to give the same in return.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the first place I have worked that CARES about your mental health. For someone who has mental health issues and advocates to remove the stigma that means so much to me!!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team normally. I am in training now so currently do not have a team assigned to me but I do what I do for them. They push me to be the best I can so I can help them succeed at TaskUs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
TaskUs picks people from different walks of life so everyone is DIFFERENT. I love that about TaskUs. No one fits into a box. TaskUs also knows how to pick amazing people for the job. I can honestly say I haven't really found anyone that I don't genuinely enjoy working with
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care. The insurance I was on before I could barely afford to even go to the Dr let alone if I had an emergency or needed a prescription. And now I can get my husband the same great insurance and can put my mind at ease in case anything happens to him.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to your ideas, concerns and honestly let you vent when needed. As a team leader or even in any position sometimes you just need to vent and they give you the freedom to do so. They make sure that you have all the tools you need and if you don't they get them for you.
