I really love the company, I'm just not sure I can say that to my current campaign right now. Employees are resigning due to having anxiety and stress due to heavy workload and not being heard by the management when we try to voice out opinions.

The management disregards their agents opinions and suggestions

Everyone should help each other out, be it on product knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture I can say for this company is the health benefits. It is really a big help not just for me but also for my dependents.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy going to work is I can see my close friends their, it means I have someone I can rant to whenever I get stress from work. Also knowing I still have work despite of the situation we have right now
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should know when to pushback to to the client when the agents are unable to handle every tasks at once. We understand we need to know how to adjust in every situation but sometimes when some tasks are not doable they should have some workaround presented to the clients first.
