Great place and everything is great but honestly my TL never seemed to like me from day one and never really been a polite or mannered individual with me. Even when I was doing really good with 0 errors he never once said congratulations. But besides him, everything else is excellent!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whenever we have virtual fun like the raffles and the holiday activities.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that it is Home Office and the positive vibes from co workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always help each other out and there is always someone there to help out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Above my TL, I believe it is an excellent job that they do. Always looking out for the employee and very flexible with all of us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly, I just see the ads on what other companies are now paying for the same kind of work that we are doing and it just leads me to believe that the paying rate has now gone up. I see a lot of 4000 pesos weekly and up on starting pay rate for what we do.
