Very disappointed that WFO is not a option for US employee's. I have never worked for a company that has 0% FMLA paid coverage. I have never worked for a company that caps PTO at 64 hours in a year. Please support our mental health better, we work hard...so when are we gonna be allowed to play hard?

A better elaboration on process and procedure and better exercise of emotional intelligence
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i get to stay home and not be around a enforced environment by the company
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
having time with their employee's. I will go weeks without any teams meetings to go over new policy changes and process adjustments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give us the ability to have unpaid planned time off. I understand if you dont want to give 80 hours a year in PTO. But if i need a day off and the LOB can afford it...they why deny it?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i can only get 64 hours of PTO a Year. Also have zero coverage on FMLA leaves is terrible...how can one get better when they know that every hour sick is money lost in a already income struggling situation?
