Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Wasn't able to get a raise or appraisal on my 3rd year here at TaskUs and still work here, just forcing myself to complete the retirement savings program and that's about it. That's the only driving force that I still continue to work here, nothing more nothing less.

As I've said from previous comments on this survey, just wanted to complete my retirement program which I already invested since the day it started and once completed it, I may have to leave the company and start my own business. I don't have any chances of getting promoted here due to my scorecards

Missing the days from my previous company that there's a power hour organized not here in my current LoB.

Just miss the work from home environment as there are a lot of advantages while working from home instead of working onsite.
