Our leaders are always at the forefront always a step ahead of situations.

Although we get the minimum industry standard, I still feel an additional compensation is needed.

We are a cohesive team, but just like any other, there are still room for improvements.

Interacting with customers first, and seeing them happy with the service then virtual social interaction with colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As against industry standards, we are at par, but with TaskUs as one of the top BPO companies, it is not wrong to expect a higher compensation as against the lot.
