I have never been more satisfied than I am today with my current company. Employees are treated as a person and not as numbers. We are valued, heard, and seen. I am motivated to constantly improve so that I can live up or exceed the expectations of my company.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy to think that I am able to have a stable job and a part of a ridiculously good company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would describe my team as a solid one. Everyone tries to participate and help each and everyone when we have clarifications or questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the healthcare benefits. These trying times have made me realize how fragile life is and how we can never know what will happen next so it is good that we are provided with health cards that are convenient for sudden medical needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture of this company is how it values employee satisfaction. I am currently working from home and the environment, I assume, is definitely different if I was working on site. But the company remains responsible and hands on when it come to the needs of their employees from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about the leadership team is how it is not entirely focused on the teammate's performance as an employee. Here, I feel valued and heard as a person. It helps me be more competitive and do my best as a teammate knowing that the company I work for empathizes with its employees.
