Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the oportunity we have to work from home since i live farm from the site, and being a single mother and not having to pay for babysitting is a big plus. Also save up money on gas is another plus that i can have a little bit extra to actually enjoy what Tijuana culture has to offer.

Everything!!! is perfect no more to say about that.

don't be judgmental with other peoples beliefs and not judge them for what they believe in.

The work it self is easy and when it gets hard, we have the support we need to make it easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
how they accept every culture without judging anyone or anybody's believes, that you cannot find now a day. Most important they really make you feel like that you are part of a BIG FAMILY

They care about you and your personal life they get in your shoes to try and help you. They don not judge they encourage you. They guide you and always make you feel welcome!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every culture is welcome and me being in the pride culture i have not had any negative comments or any negativity at all. i am accepted as i am! i love the environment they make me feel at home!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When ever i ask for help i feel okay asking over and over again. i don't feel like I'm bothering someone and i feel like they are really there to help me out. They make me feel secure on asking questions and helping me out their best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did feel undervalued because i gave my all to my last campaign never was absent, i do belive it counted as 1 late because i forgot to clock in. Did my work my best try to learn quick and adapt myself quick, i had my QA scores at 100% and i still got transferred to a different campaign.
