better salary is being offered by other companies. i think we needed an increase in salary for our position, given the stress and workload that we are handling.

i think my team is the best there is in this company. we value each member's wellness. we offer each other help when even if the other is not reaching out. we value not just each member's work, but also, our life outside TU
