The teammates that I am working with, without them it would be hard to get through each day.

I am fortunate enough to work with highly skilled and smart teammates who are always willing to lend a hand.

Their genuine support and kindness, with everything that has happened in our department, we have been each other's support system.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership handled all the issues during this pandemic. Their actions made me feel secure during this difficult time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Human Project has been paused this year which means we don't get a way to have our salary increase. I hope they can resume it soon and have other ways for employees to get incentives when the exceed their expected tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary that we are getting does not compare to the workload itself. It's no longer enough to help us get by with our needs considering the inflation. A fair salary increase that is based on the real industry standard would really help us a lot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency in our department, I always feel thankful when they share with us the difficulties we are facing and the way the management team is trying to handle them. It makes you trust them more since you know that they are not hiding the things happening in the background that might affect us all
