My "accountability" (or responsibility) has expanded/grown, thus, the feeling of the need for a raise.

Seeing projects come to life, and designing spaces that Teammates and all TaskUs employees will enjoy and be proud of.

The culture of growth and appreciation towards our frontliners. Transparency and openness in listening to their team, providing avenues where we can reach out and be heard.

Work hard, have fun! The team is quite to be with, and it is always fun to be around them. They are more than willing to give extra support.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take care of the people who are part of their team, and does not take for granted work and life balance, as well as acknowledges efforts of everyone, nothing too small.
