I just had my first anniversary last September 16th! (yay!) TaskUs was an answered prayer last year and my experience has been ridiculously good! I can say that this the company that I want to grow old with :)

This has been my longest work relationship. Despite the challenges it faces and a bit of questionnable decisions made, I hope it improves because I generally like it here.

There's an opportunity to have improvement through the Human Project (hopefully it launches soon!)

Would be good to really have an improve compensation structure for support and operations employees
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team (direct reports) enjoy their job because I know they care a lot, the entire culture and I admire the leadership that we have
