Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it would be better if there's internet allowance for working from home and higher compensation since other BPOs offered higher compensation with the same campaign that currently I belonged and hopefully the coverage of payout will change like real time receiving the holiday pay instead of 1 month
