i don't feel the genuine sincerity
always consider teammates feelings and not be focused only on reaching the requirements set by the client. we are not robot. we get tired and that makes it harder for use to keep our scorecard high.
we are earning low compared to the stress level and exhaustion we are getting at work. the workloads are terrible and it seems like they do not care if we get tired or not. they don't listen to our suggestion
to have the level of stress and workload be equal with the compensation. or atleast lessen the work load like before. do not put too much pressure. in a month, we have 3 teammates who resigned. it is because the work is not healthy with their mental state.
