The metrics to get incentives must be realistic and must be achievable.

The company is ridiculously good and treated us employees well. They show love and care in every different ways.

They are open to any types of communication in order to improve the relationship between the teammates and the leadership team.

We are like a family. We look out for each other a lot because we care and we definitely love and respect everyone in the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The love and support I get from my teammates and my team leader. I am also motivated by the income I get from this job because it supports me with my daily needs.
