Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am very grateful with TU and everyone in my LOB especially our team (OM, TL. Teammates). They support and listen. I just hope that they can implement the hybrid setup and allow us to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive and understanding. Patient and accommodating.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair and salary is credited earlier than expected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits and the overall environment on the production floor.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that it is a pure back office setting and the team that I am in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie, exchange of ideas, cooperation, respect, helping each other with our roles and responsibilities, and having fun while working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I greatly and gratefully commend my Team Leader, TL Jayrick, he was there on the lowest point of my life and he is consistently communicating the options and things that we need to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm good with no transportation or risk allowance due to the pandemic, I just hope that they implement the hybrid setup as soon as possible. COVID is still very real (having infected myself recently).
