I think the allowance because it's not taxable.

The people are so humble and easy going. They truly give importance to everyone's mental health.

The cooperation of one another and the sense of having the attitude of "work hard, have fun."

They're very passionate on what they're doing and clearly convey the core values of TaskUs -- being Ridiculous.

The way they prioritize the well being of their employees and offers support at all levels within the organization which encourage respect on our working environment.

They're easy to interact with despite the fact that we haven't met each other in person hence, you can sense their aura because of the way they communicate to the entire team.
