I am paid well and my efforts are being recognized thru incentives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They promote work life balance and they care about the employee's well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in the company for almost 9 years and the cap appraisal for the basic salary remained the same. The only way to have a higher compensation is by applying for a higher post BUT not all employees is not as ambitious in their careers and wants to remain as a tm, I included.
