What is the best part about your compensation package?
HMO dependents - super appreciated, my parents are getting old, it securing to know that they have a health care to use.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
None at the moment, did not have a good experience in the last campaign's management. Hoping for a brighter future here with my new family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leaders are easy to approach and they are friendly, which encourages the employees to speak up when being mistreated because we know that we'll be heard and an action will be made.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Friends/team whom I treat as my family at work. Fun workplace, free coffee, friendly people. Honestly, I do not imagine myself working at another company because I'd love to stay with TaskUs as long as my body is able to work.
