Satisfied when it comes on how they are handling their employees during the pandemic. But frankly not quite satisfied on how the salary increase is being processed for employees who has been with the company for a long time - other BPOs have better offers now, and I'm still stuck with the same pay.

prices and bills are steadily going up - but salary is still the same, or have only improved a little in my 6 years stay here.
