Give more compliments, not just nitpick the lackings. The work gets harder and harder, there will always be something bad they can say about our performance. But we do our best every week. Just give credit when it is due. It helps to uplift the our confidence.
They should try to do 3 chat concurrencies and then receive the CA processes they are implementing, it feels like the job is for robots not for humans. The concerns are non- linear and the processes are complicated. The stess is high and we are not well compensated.
