Everything is good, the management, the TLs, the teammates. It would be even better if the pay was to increase based on the workload. Other than that, everything is good.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are really jolly, cheerful, down to earth, and really helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be best if the salary were to increase, or an annual increase was added. If an LOB is staying longer with a company, workload also increases. It would be nice to have an increase annually. The HP is great, though with this, you will need to add a little more effort & requires submission.
